Common questions
Before you begin
A little clarity makes the first step easier.
What kinds of projects can I enquire about?
Custom countertops, custom stone projects, tile installation, home exteriors and landscaping, including pavers and interlock. Choose the closest service in the planner, or select more than one for a connected project.
Do I need to know which material I want?
No. Tell us the room, the look you like and how you plan to use it. The material guide is a starting point; the exact product and its suitability need to be confirmed for your project.
Can I enquire for my own home or for a client?
Both. The planner includes a home or business/client choice so you can explain the context without completing a separate form.
Can I include drawings or photos?
Yes. In this first version, you can list files in the project brief, then attach the actual files when sending your email. Files are not uploaded or stored by the website.
Can I get a price from the website?
Every project has a different scope. Dimensions, material, preparation, access and installation details need to be reviewed before a quotation can be confirmed. The planner prepares a brief, not an instant price.
What do the website photographs show?
The landscaping examples page features real project photographs supplied by the company, including before-and-after views. The separate design inspiration collection contains clearly labelled AI-generated concepts, not photographs of completed company work.
How does the project planner work?
Choose your services, add a few details and review your brief. You can download a text copy or open a draft in your email application. Nothing is sent automatically.
Where is the company based?
Custom Countertops and Stone Projects is based at 50 Slack Rd, Unit 4 B, Ottawa, ON K2G 0B7. Call (613) 729-5656 or email info@customstoneprojectsottawa.com to discuss your project or arrange a visit.
The next step
What do you have in mind?
A kitchen refresh, a custom detail or an entirely new outdoor space.
